About The Author:
My name is Jimmy Eaches. I am a single father of 2 beautiful kids that I have custody of. It was, and still is a long bitter divorce and custody battle, but in the end I gained full custody. My goal with this website is to give fathers, like myself, a place where we can go and find out what our rights are as fathers. I want to make sure that we exhaust every opportunity within the legal system, to ensure that our rights are protected, and that we have equal opportunity to see our children as much as possible.
